When a property is sold in Scotland is has to be marketed with a Home Report. This is a pack of three documents: a Single Survey, an Energy Report (or EPC) and a Property Questionnaire. We have specialists in each of our offices who can provide a fast and efficient Home Report service.

An EPC gives information on how energy efficient a building is and sets out how this can be improved. An EPC must be provided when a property is sold or rented. We have specially trained surveyors in each of our offices who can prepare EPCs.
This service provides a standardised report for instructing parties along with our opinion of Market Value. We will be happy to talk you through the report before and after inspection and advise you its implications.
