    Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

    An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) gives information on how energy efficient a building is and sets out cost-effective ways in which its energy efficiency could be improved. An EPC must be provided to any prospective buyer or tenant when a property is sold or rented. We have specially trained surveyors in each of our offices who are able to prepare EPCs.
