Peter specialises in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property assets, whilst also providing strong analytical and financial cash flow modelling skills.

He has over 10 years’ experience in advising clients on their portfolio of assets, advising them on disposal and acquisition strategies. With a strong knowledge of the market he negotiates deals on favourable terms for his clients as well as ensuring the terms under the lease provides them  with protection. He can use his knowledge and experience to create value for landlord’s by looking at specific deals and applying wider market principles to them. He has experience within regional markets throughout the UK, which enables local knowledge to provide insight within the wider UK context.
