Mulloy commented; “Graham + Sibbald just felt right. There are ambitious plans for the Manchester office and it is moving forward in a very positive direction. I’ve been given the platform to continue to do what I love, which is deliver retail and leisure deals and schemes for great clients.”

“The culture and feel of the business was key to my decision. From the moment I spoke with the team, I knew that they had the personality, ambition and professionalism I was looking for and it would work.

“Having been at Cheetham and Mortimer for the last 20 years, I’ve had the privilege to work with and for some fantastic people. It’s a well-established and respected firm and it was brilliant to work there.

I’ve got great clients and I want to continue growing the business and give the best possible service, which is what I’ve always prided myself on.”

Projects he is involved in include Media City, the £750m home of the BBC and ITV, as well as Kampus, HBD and Capital & Centric’s mixed-use redevelopment of the former Manchester Metropolitan University campus.

Mulloy’s appointment follows hot on the heels of Hugh Anderson and Martin Davis joining the team in October. Anderson and Davis are developing the hotel and leisure service offering across England. Together they have brought more than 50 years of experience to the team.

The Manchester office was the second of the company’s offices in England, after London and before the opening of a Birmingham office.
